As the kids grow older the Alaska can split to become both a futon sofa and single bed.

The raised bunk can be reached via a convenient swimming pool style grab handle and ladder with hardwood steps, which can attach to the front or side of the frame as you choose.

The bottom futon sofa also conveniently opens out into a comfortable double bed. You won’t find a more versatile, comfortable, and fashionable bed set.

Please note: mattresses for this bed frame should not exceed 6" in height due to EU legal requirements.

	I have a lot of problems with my son getting to sleep so i have bought this so i can sleep next to him on the bottom bunk whilst my daughter gets a good sleep above. Its worked well so far and its good quality, i would recommend.

	I remember the type of bunk bed I had when I was a kid and oh boy.theres no comparison with how incredibly well made and comfortable this is. Really, your kids will be in comfort heaven!
